Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms ​

  • $200 or 30% (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

  • Balance payable 5 (Five) business days before the booking date

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the booking will be cancelled if the final payment is not received five days before the booking. Money will be held as partial payment for the remaining amount as per the cancellation timeframes below.

Pricing​

  • All service prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Travel fees apply outside 40km of postcode 3019. We charge $1.00 per km to and from bookings to cover car expenses, tolls and performers' time.  


Cancellation:

  • If you decide to cancel after confirming your booking, the following charges will be payable: 

    • One month before the booking - 30% of the remaining fees are due. 

    • Three weeks before the booking - 40% of the remaining fees are due. 

    • Two weeks before the booking - 50% of the remaining fees are due. 

    • One week before the booking - 100% of the remaining fees are due. 


By paying the booking deposit to confirm your booking, you agree to honour the above terms and conditions of business.
